Before we met John and Cheryl, our home had been listed at various times with three different real estate agents, but we were not able to close on a sale with any of these listings. When we decided to list the house again in October 2004, we met with John & Cheryl who explained that they would work all areas of the marketing mix to sell our home. They worked hard and sold the house, an $855,000 luxury home, in 6 weeks. This was no easy task, as we’ve been told that the homes in this area are taking a year or more to sell.

Not only did John & Cheryl sell our home more quickly than expected, but they continued to provide exceptional customer service throughout the inspection period and up until and including the day of closing. They also fit into our almost unrealistic schedule when we started looking for a new home, ensuring that both transactions were smooth and as stress-free as possible for us.
